“Brought my 2024 4 runner for some touch up painting on the interior. The young man that worked on my vehicle (don’t recall his name but has dark brown hair -ear length) charged me $650 and did not attempt to fix the areas he missed. I pointed them out to him and his response was he worked really hard. I would have paid more if needed but his attitude was so bad I took my business else where. Fun fact: the place I went to said automotive cosmetic group has a bad reputation. I would recommend no one take their vehicle to this place of business. The young man told me business has slowed down and I see why. Poor customer service and poor work quality”

“The owner Rochelle Roos is extremely rude and very arrogant. I have personally used their services a few times and have sent many people there over the years but apparently loyalty is not appreciated there anymore. As soon as Rochelle picks up the phone the problems begin. One of my friends that I sent there told me the same thing, he said try to avoid Rochelle at all cost. After asking if my friend brings their car there for a paintless dent removal on the only day that they do it, which is on Friday can they also schedule a paint touch up on the rest of the car, the same day, she apparently kept getting confused and saying that we can't expect to be squeezed in and had to make an appointment for the paint touch up. I NEVER said to squeeze anything in, my question was very simple, can it be done on the same day, after getting multiple rude responses she actually had the nerve to hang up on me. How immature and unprofessional, what an embarrassment to herself and the family business. I will NEVER recommend them again or give them another dime of my money until I get a written apology from Rochelle, if not that's fine with me, I'll take my business elsewhere and so should you. Look at other 1 star reviews that show the pattern of this rude behavior. We all need to stand up to bullies and bad behavior or it will only continue. “Went in to get wheel repainted and it does look better but wonder how long it will last since there was already a nick in it when we picked it up. Plus finish is rough to the touch when the others are very smooth. Had them redye my leather seat and they ruined the soft finish of it. It is also rough to the touch. Asked them to redo the arm rest and the glued a cover over it and tried to charge me 90.00. owner got mad when I asked her to remove the cover since it was just hanging on there. My wife and I called the day we dropped it off just to check on progress and owner Rochelle was very rude said it would be first thing the following morning. I like to plan out my day so had my wife call the next morning to try and get an idea of when the car would be ready. Rochelle got nasty again and said she would call us don't call them. When we finally did pick it up, she said we were on her do not do business with list, because my wife made her mad. They ruined my lumbar support switch while repairing seat and had the nerve to say they did not do it. So don't do business with this company, if you call one time too many u make the do not do business list. Which is why the majority of their customers are on the list. Rochelle and her husband Ron need to learn customer service skills, if a customer is unhappy you should make it right. Don't believe the positive reviews, they are written by owners and their employees. Went to another upholstery shop to get an estimate to fix the damage this shop did to my leather seat and it is going to cost over a 1000.00. They told me this leather should not have been sanded much re dyed. The seat feel likes sandpaper now, thanks automotive cosmetics”
